About Us

Bevida & Company is a craft cocktail and mocktail mobile bar based in New Britain, Connecticut. Founded by Bianca Alvarado. We offer cocktails, mocktails, and low-ABV options so everyone at the party can feel included. Each recipe is developed in-house, using fresh-pressed juices, hand-squeezed citrus, and small-batch infusions, with a focus on local and seasonal sourcing whenever possible.

What started as an idea for freedom quickly became a journey of building something from the ground up.
The early days were not polished or easy. Learning licensing, logistics, construction, and operations all at once came with setbacks and hard lessons. There were challenges that tested both the vision and the determination behind it, but every obstacle became part of the foundation.
This is where Bevida & Company began to take shape.
Before it was a mobile bar, it was experience behind the bar.
Long before the trailers and custom setups, there was a bartender learning how much atmosphere matters. The realization came early that a great drink is only part of the experience. What truly shapes a space is how people are made to feel.
That belief still guides everything today. Technique can be taught. Hospitality is something deeper. It is awareness, timing, and care for the people in front of you.
